Yes! All our e-bikes come speed restricted to 25km/h (200watts) which meet the Australian regulations for electric power assisted bikes. Each state has slightly different requirements in regards to what defines an electric bike (EPAC). We do encourage all our customers to check their local state laws as these are updated regularly. Our e-bikes come fitted with a throttle and isolator which mean they can be turned on for private property use or off to meet local regulations. Our e-bike models can be speed unlocked for private use only once a compliance has been signed.
