Flat rate of $99 for E-Bike orders. $12 flat rate for orders under $150 and free shipping for all orders over $150 (excluding E-Bike orders).

ACT | SA | VIC
Flat rate of $299 for E-Bike orders. $15 flat rate for orders under $250 and free shipping for all orders over $250 (excluding E-Bike orders).

NT | TAS | WA
Flat rate of $399 for E-Bike orders. $15 flat rate for orders under $250 and free shipping for all orders over $250 (excluding E-Bike orders).

Estimated Delivery and Tracking Information

Orders are dispatched daily from Gold Coast, QLD (weekdays, when in stock) and typically arrive within 3-6 business days for QLD orders. For orders outside of QLD, delivery may take up to 5-12 business days. Shipping times may vary during peak periods.

Estimated delivery dates provided by us or our courier's tracking system are guidelines only. Note that larger items, such as e-bikes, may require longer delivery times due to manual handling and road transport.

How Your Order is Shipped

All products are securely packaged. Some items, like ebikes, are shipped 80% assembled and may require professional assembly before use. Improper assembly may void your warranty.

Correct Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to sign for your delivery. We cannot recover costs for lost or stolen goods or re-delivery fees once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Please note that during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday), shipping times for bulky freight may extend from 7 to 20 business days. While this is not typical, it can occasionally occur.

Gold Coast, QLD – Pickup

You can pick up your order for free at our Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, QLD location. An additional assembly fee of $150 applies for E-Bikes. Please notify our team in advance if assembly is required. Please contact us here.

Missed Deliveries

We recommend shipping to an attended address. If this is not possible, consider having a friend, family member, or local bike store receive and/or assemble the product on your behalf. Our services require a signature upon delivery, and items will not be left at doorsteps.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days (if in stock). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If your order does not arrive within 16 business days, please contact us here with your order number.

Remote Locations and Islands

For remote areas, islands, or low freight service locations throughout Australia, additional surcharges may apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust shipping fees accordingly. Please contact our friendly team for an accurate quote if you believe you may incur such charges.

International Rates

We offer international shipping. For shipping quotes or enquiries outside of Australia, please contact our team here.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless prior arrangements are made with our team for small items under 20kg shipped via Australia Post only.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs (or any associated packaging) are not covered by Burzerk. Our products are supported by our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Terms of Service. If you believe we have not met these standards, please contact our support team or read more on our Returns and Refunds page here.

Please understand that while we strive to provide the best service, shipping and delivery are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Warranty

We guarantee that your order will be delivered. If your item is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. However, we are not liable for delays in dispatch or for any delayed or unscheduled deliveries.

All bike deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at the delivery address, the customer may incur a "redelivery fee."

If you receive a damaged or broken package, please take photos and ask the courier agent to document and sign the damage report. In cases of damage or loss during shipment, you may need to assist us in completing a claim application according to the courier's requirements.

Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items. Shipping insurance is available for items valued up to $5,000.
