Burzerk E-Bikes are restricted to 25km/h to meet public speed limit regulations, however can be unlocked to 50km/h for use on private property only.

The battery has a life span of about 1000+ charges. This varies between models, please check specifications for each model.

On February 2023, the government gave recognition to the NSW Minister for Metropolitan Roads for amending the Road Transport Act 2013’s provisions limiting the maximum power of E-Bike motors permitted on public roads.
The permissible level of continuous running power was increased from 250 watts to 500 watts by the Road Transport Legislation Amendment (Electric Skateboards and Bicycles) Regulation 2023
Two Electric Bike Categories

• Maximum continuous rated power of 500 watts
• Power assistance must:
- Gradually decrease as speed increases above 6km/h
• Automatically cut off when:
- The bike reaches 25km/h
- Pedaling stops and speed exceeds 6km/h
We design all our E-Bikes along the eastern shoreline in Australia. The manufacturing is undertaken overseas.
Yes! All our E-Bikes come speed restricted to 25km/h (200watts) which meet the Australian regulations for electric power assisted bikes. Each state has slightly different requirements in regards to what defines an electric bike (EPAC). We do encourage all our customers to check their local state laws as these are updated regularly. Our E-Bikes come fitted with a throttle and isolator which mean they can be turned on for private property use or off to meet local regulations. Our e-bike models can be speed unlocked for private use only once a compliance has been signed.

Nah. Electric bikes do not need to be registered and can be used as a normal bicycle. They do have to be sold speed restricted to 25km/h and all riders must follow local road rules in the same manner as a regular bicycle rider.

Yes, all of our E-Bikes are made from sustainable and ethically-sourced materials. We believe in making products that are good for both the planet and the people who use them.
Our bikes can carry up to 200kg maximum. The rear shock comes factory set to 160kg, however this can be adjusted to suit the weight required. For more information please contact us.
If you use your E-Bike off-road, we recommend hosing down and using some cleaning products to eliminate the dirt/sand. Don't fully submerge your E-Bike in water.

Yes! If you're on the Gold Coast you can test ride our bikes. If not, we will have test rides available at our stockists soon.
If it is general wear and tear on your Burzerk E-Bike, you can take it to any local Bike store for repairs. If there is an issue with any parts on the bike please get in contact with us and if it is found to be a manufacturing issue, it will be covered under warranty during the warranty period.

Shipping & Delivery
Burzerk e-bikes are shipped daily from our HQ, unless on pre-order due to high demand. Please contact us to find out if your preferred bike is on back-order.

Yes, if your order has not been dispatched then we can add additional items to your order. However, if your initial order has already been shipped we will send out two separate orders and your second order may be subject to delivery costs. Please get in contact with our customer service team if you would like to add additional items to your order. Additional items must be in stock.
Cancellation requests for in-stock bike orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order confirmation at no penalty. Cancellation requests submitted after the first 24 hours will be subject to delivery costs.
Warranty
Our warranty period is 24 months or 10,000kms on all parts and electrical components. Please see our product warranty page for more information.
Yes. You'll need to register your E-Bike for warranty on our website to ensure any claims are tracked and covered.
Nah. Flat tyres are caused by wear and tear. We can assist you with replacing the tyres and/or tubes. Please contact us if you would like to order spare parts.
