Unreal quality and great customer service.

We did a heap of research before committing to buying these bikes. We are on the Surfcoast in Victoria and were heading up north for a holiday so reached out to Adam who was so helpful. We met him, he talked us through the bikes and let us take both the cosmos and the genesis for a spin. They were unreal. The decision to purchase was so easy, and Adam went above and beyond to make sure we got them in time for Christmas / Summer. The communication and customer service was 10/10. We bloody love these bikes and highly recommend them. What a way to get around...we chuck them on the trailer and take them away with us. It's really easy and so fun. I really love this bike! It’s solid and comfortable, with phenomenal range and speed. I chose this step-through e-bike so my partner and I could cruise around the Gold Coast together, and it rides like a dream. The design and specs are impressive — it’s well-built and great value for the price.

The only downside is that this model doesn’t come with a red tail light, so I added one myself. Other than that, it’s been an awesome ride. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased two bikes and am over the moon. They are such quality built and the shocks give a smooth ride when someone is on the back. Highly rate this product compared to others on the market they have nailed the decals and durability.

Having purchased two of the demo bikes about a month ago, I can confidently say we are super stoked with the bikes. For a dual suspension bike with motor and battery specs in excess of most comparable bikes on the market, they are very well priced. At 6’2 I always look like a gorilla on a kids bike but the Burserks are taller and suit a larger rider easily, but can be dialled down to suit my 13yo daughter as well, best of both worlds. So happy with them we have a third one on order.

Everything about the support team is first class. The Bike every item best in class nothing second rate the finish is fantastic. I am proud to ride my machine it looks awesome and rides insanely quick. It’s quickly becoming my only form of transport.
