At Burzerk, we understand the frustration of shipping charges. That's why we offer Free Shipping for orders over $200 or a flat $8 rate for orders under $200 within Australia!

*On all orders over $200. Excluding WA, NT and TAS, regional or remote areas.

We ship to all areas Australia-wide and offer free shipping to most areas in NSW, VIC, SA and QLD on all orders over $200.

For areas outside metro in NSW, VIC, SA, QLD and WA, there will be a flat rate shipping fee of $300 will be incurred. For regional areas in WA, TAS or NT, there will be a $400 flat rate shipping fee. Current shipping rates can be calculated during checkout. The above prices are subject to change without notice.

We ship our bikes using TNT or our own Burzerk delivery driver. Orders are dispatched daily (weekdays) and will be received within 2-5 business days for orders in QLD or 4-10 business days for orders outside QLD.

24 Months Warranty

We provide the original owner with a 24 months manufacturer warranty. This warranty provides each original retail purchaser of a BURZERK motorbike with a warranty solely against manufacturer's defects. The warranty claim is directed towards the original purchase and is covered by the manufacturer.

Any BURZERK bicycle components that arrive damaged including: frame, forks, stem, handlebars, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, pedals, rims, wheel hub, derailleur, shifter, throttle, controller, LCD display, kickstand and wiring harness must be reported within 7 days.
